Hi, How much would it cost to remove those fat spot (lower back/love handles)? Is it true that men's fat is more difficult to remove than women's fat? Im a 41 yo, active and healthy man, 5'9 15 pounds. Im i a good candidate? How long should i stop sports after the intervention? Thanks in advance

The love handles can be liposuctioned while blending the liposuction into the abdomen to prevent irregularity.  The thinner patient requires an expert at liposuction to remove as much fat as possible while leaving the skin smooth.  No validity to men's fat being more difficult to lipo than women's.  Exercise early in the recovery period will increase the swelling.  I have patients refrain from strenuous or vigorous exercise for 6 weeks, but your surgeon may have different recommendations. The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heats the skin with radiofrequency devices such as Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite, and ThermiRF to heat the undersurface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. Fat is fat, doesn’t matter if it’s on a man or a woman it’s the same degree of difficulty to remove it with liposuction. Prices will vary by region and within each region by Surgeon. Each surgeon may also have slightly different prices for the same procedure depending on what exactly is involved. Your best bet is to see a few surgeons and get quotes to find out what the range in your area is. Generally liposuction will cost somewhere between $5000-$9000 for the first area. Ultimately you should go with the surgeon that you feel most comfortable with, not necessarily the least or most expensive one. detso  I appreciate your concern, and it appears it would be an excellent candidate for liposuction. You have well-defined areas of fat, non-responsive to diet and exercise, and traditional liposuction is the gold standard treatment for this. Men’s fat is no different than women’s fat with regard to difficulty removing it during liposuction. Costs vary from city to city and liposuction of the anterior and posterior flanks (love handles) in New York City would run between $4000 and $8000. Be certain to consult with board certified plastic surgeon to greatly increase your chances of the best possible result. Good luck.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for liposuction, to improve your flanks, and I think you'll get very good results. Male fat tissue is actually not harder to eliminate than a woman’s. 
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.I recommend my patients to wait at least 4 weeks before resuming their workout rutine, after liposuction (cardio, lift, etc.). 
The average cost varies a lot depending on the clinic, the country and the plastic surgeon. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Man do I have fed the Texas little more work to get out but any form of liposuction if done correctly and remove sufficient amounts of fat. Love handles and Man has a tendency to develop skin laxity after liposuction. This often gives the appearance that insufficient amounts of fat or removed. This is especially true when wearing pants with tight belts.   Recovery straightforward. It feels like you Wayover did it at the gym if you're out of shape. You can go back to low impact workouts in a week and full on sports in 2 to 3 weeks.Other than that it's straightforward.
