Is it ok and safe to get a second breast lift? (Photo)

melan22
I am 39 years old. I got an ankor breast lift 15 years ago. Since I had small saggy breasts, kind of tubular with a large areola, the surgeon did not remove all the areola tissue and some is left on each side of the vertical scar. I was told I could get another breast lift to be able to remove that extra colored skin? I heard about a possibilty of necrosis. Is it most likely I would get that, or since 15 years have past it is safe? Thanks!
