I am 39 years old. I got an ankor breast lift 15 years ago. Since I had small saggy breasts, kind of tubular with a large areola, the surgeon did not remove all the areola tissue and some is left on each side of the vertical scar. I was told I could get another breast lift to be able to remove that extra colored skin? I heard about a possibilty of necrosis. Is it most likely I would get that, or since 15 years have past it is safe? Thanks!

Yes this is necrosis, the area that is necrotic will heal flat and without sensation. It is hard to tell from the picture how much of the nipple is involved, you should continue to follow-up with your doctor. Good luck.
