I had been contemplating a breast augmentation after having children, I have always been an A-B cup and when I was breast feeding I was a D cup. But the D cup didn’t stick around after I weaned my last baby. I am a confident person and the main reason I decided to have the surgery was to be more proportional( I have some hips) and to fill out bathing suits and clothing better. I had a consultation back in January and booked my appointment the same day. My original appointment was supposed to be April 6th, but the whole covid- 19 cancelled that one and appointment was moved to May 27th. So far I am very happy I went through with it and look forward to the process.

Here is what I looked like before my breast augmentation, took these the day before. I have hips and a booty and feel like I will be more proportional. Small 34 A or B cup depending on the brand................... trying to fill up space to meet the 200 minimum!!!!!!!!!!

I was scheduled to arrive at the office at 9am, however the staff called me early to see if I could come in, I was more than happy to since I was waiting in the parking lot at 8am, gave my husband a big and walked in. Got all checked in and met with Dr.Furnas whom has a calming quality to her and then met with the anesthesiologist(I was most nervous about going under) but he made me feel at ease and comfortable. Walked in to the operating room and was greeted by everyone and was reassured I was in great hands. Dr. Furnas did a timeout with me and all I remember was telling them I could not even talk anymore and I was out. It was nothing to be nervous about at all.
Woke up in the recovery room and was super happy and talkative, felt good. Noticed lots of pressure and tightness. My husband picked me up and off we went back to the hotel. Ice packs were my best friends as were packs of peas, took my meds they prescribed and only took pain killers for two days. I did not like the fact of being constipated, so those we’re the first things I wanted to get off and I have no pain other than the tightness. All in all the day of surgery was a wonderful experience for me.

Decided to take some photos on day four post-op, just to be able to compare as they progress. I will take more every week on Wednesday(since that marks the weekly progression) They are high and hard which is to be expected, but I do love them already. Looking forward to watching them change as the weeks go by. I have a post-op appointment by phone on June 3rd, and that is also when I start massages. Will update then.

Today is my one week post-op, had my phone appointment with PS and I am now to start light massaging(they said a good rule of thumb is whenever I use the restroom, do a massage) easy to remember then. And I now can sleep in my bed again next to my husband on my back.. i am excited about that and retiring from the couch recliner. My breast are still high and firm, with no pain, I have noticed though that my nipples are hypersensitive though right now. Still wearing a sports bra all the time and am enjoying how I look in them. All in all week one has been great!

I missed the 2 week update because I was out of town and busy and because nothing much from the 1 week to the 2 week mark had changed a whole bunch. So here I am at 3 weeks post-op, slow changes(which is to be expected) I find my right breast(which is my dominant side) has dropped more than the left side, the bottom of the breast seems fuller and the shelf on top is not as prominent like the left. Waiting for lefty to make a move. But have to remind my self to be patient and not be so critical. My nipples are super sensitive as well, like hurts to touch. My breasts ache sometimes,but other that no pain.
I was told by my PS the steri-strips that cover my incisions would typically fall off around three weeks, mine however did not, so I emailed one of the nurses and got the ok to remove them in the shower. I finally am able to see the incision and they look good from what I can tell. I was told to wait by my PS to not start any scar treatment until incisions are fully healed and no scabbing.
I can sleep on my sides now as well, but was advised to put a pillow between my legs to offset the pressure.
I still wear a sports bra all the time(except for showering of course and when I do my massages) my Ps said I could go without one at night now if I would like.
Back to normal life as far as household things and kiddos, sometimes certain movements feel stange so I try and take it easy if I feel it too much.
Looking forward to the 4 week mark, when I can get back into my workout videos(modified as I am still not cleared for high impact till 6 weeks) but I am excited to sweat sweat sweat and work on legs and abs.
All in all still excited about this journey and love how I feel in clothes, having cleveage is amazing!

I am beyond satisfied with my results. After breastfeeding I was determined to get this procedure done, luckily for me I didn't have to do much research. I know 4 people who had amazing results with Dr.Furnas & Dr.Canales those are really the best recommendations you could get. The staff members are really friendly and make you feel comfortable. I will say, I was a little nervous laying in that surgery room but Raquel made all of that go away with her and kindness. After surgery from a scale 1-10 my pain was about a 4, I only took 2 pain killers throughout my recovery. I got 400cc silicon implants and went from a small B to a full D they look and feel natural. I would definitely do it all over again.

For a long time I had a lot of fine, crinkly lines under my eyes. The laser-resurfacing procedure eliminated those lines! The procedure was easy, and involved a minimum of discomfort. The after care instruction and products have made a noticeable difference in the quality of my facial skin. I am so grateful to the surgeon & staff at PSA!

I am about 2.5 post-operation and I couldn't he happier with the results! I was under local anesthesia (meaning I was awake) and the procedure was easy. I was relaxed and kept warm with this cool pastil heater on the upper half of my body. I didn't experience much pain after the procedure. The swelling went down a lot and i recommend taking Arnika pills (they help with swelling and bruising). I can already tell a difference with my labia and feel much better. If anyone feels like they aren't happy with their labia I definitely recommend this procedure.

Dr. Furnas' labiaplasty changed my life. I never thought I'd feel confident sexually, and now I do. The entire staff is sweet, welcoming, and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon.

So glad I found Dr. Furnas! She knew exactly what I wanted. Very skilled, my BA looks great. I don't even have bruising. Only day 3 but have very little pain and only had to take pain meds once. The staff is helpful and friendly. Dr Furnas was very patient, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. I love how honest she was. She gave me her advice and listened to my wants, letting me know what she was willing to do, and making me feel like a real part of the process. I had met with a couple of other doctors before getting my procedure who did not make me feel this comfortable or who told me what they wanted to do rather than asking me what I wanted. I couldn't be happier that I found Dr. Furnas.

For a long time I had felt uncomfortable about the size and shape of my breasts; they looked misshapen to me and the small size did not compliment my tall frame. I had had the idea of plastic surgery in the back of my mind for a long time, but hadn't thought it was a reality for me. When discussing this at a weigh-in with my fitness instructor, she recommended I look into Plastic Surgery Associates. I was preparing for my upcoming wedding at the time and I wasn't sure timing-wise it was something I could get done and recovered from in time, nor did I think it was something I could afford or was mentally prepared for - but I was wrong!

My surgery results are better than I had imagined they could be. Dr. Furnas was careful to listen to all of my concerns and requests and she did exactly what I wanted, only better. I was mainly concerned with the shape and I didn't want people to be able to notice I had surgery. I wanted to look the same size bra-less as I did with my thick push-up bras and I got exactly what I wanted! I feel like a more confident and complete version of myself. I love not having to try to find thickly padded push-up bras to make myself fit properly into tops and dresses. I feel whole. And to top it off, I was fully recovered and feeling great on my wedding day and I filled out and looked amazing in my strapless dress!

I had always had very small breasts but didn't let it bother me. I was fit, strong, pretty, highly educated. I probably never would have done this surgery when I was younger. But as a mature adult with almost grown daughters, I decided to reinvent myself with a breast augmentation. Dr. Furnas really listened to me and gave me the perfect, perky, small to medium sized breasts that fit right into my lifestyle of running, riding my horses, working out at Crossfit. They don't get in my way. I can hide them if going to a meeting, or flaunt them going out - powerful choices. I feel like they are mine and have always been a part of me. I even experience more enjoyment having them touched and played with. Before I was super sensitive and didn't experience much pleasure from having them touched. Now I LOVE to be touched and experience almost orgasmic pleasure from my nipples. Don't really understand why but it's the truth. Dr. Furnas and her entire staff were kind and professional. The surgery center is state of the art. For me the whole experience was positive and I would recommend Dr. Furnas and her office to anyone. They gave me exactly what I wanted and I am thrilled, and rejuvenated.

After having two children who were both breastfed, my breasts looked deflated and were sagging pretty bad. Dr. Furnas was my very first consultation based on personal referrals and Plastic Surgery Associates' reputation. I felt comfortable with Dr. Furnas right away. She initially recommended a donut mastoplexy (a mini lift where the incision is made just around the nipple and excess skin is removed from there rather than having a lateral scar running down the breast) along with the implants placed above the muscle. I felt like I owed it to myself to get a 2nd opinion since it would be the most extensive medical proceedure I have ever done, outside of a c-section I had with my first child. Long story short, I wound up having 3 other consultations because the opinions varied so differently (over the muscle/under the muscle, no lift/donut lift/full lift). In the end, with all the varying opinions and my own research, I was most comfortable with Dr. Furnas and I went back to her for a 2nd look to see if she would advise the donut lift with under the muscle placement of the implants. She determined that would work for me and I scheduled the surgery that day. Leading up to the surgery date, the PSA staff was so wonderful. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was well-prepared to make the surgery and recovery go as smooth as possible. When the day of surgery came I was pretty nervous. I was concerned about what felt a bit like a selfish choice and how my recovery may affect my young children (2 and 4). The nurse and anesthesiologist made me very comfortable and I also met with Dr. Furnas again before going into surgery. We reviewed my choice for size and would up going ever so slightly larger than the rice test dictated. After surgery I was pretty groggy and sore when I woke up in the recovery suite. My husband was there to take me home and receive instructions on my care from the nurse. I was sore, but the prescribed medication kept me quite comfortable. The first three days of recovery were the worst. I was very sore and didn't notice much improvement over those days. Dr. Furnas' office called me the day after to make sure I was doing well, and I appreciated that follow-up. I did follow the post surgical instructions to the T and strongly beleive that resulted in zero complications during my recovery. After those first three days the recovery went quicker and quicker. By the end of the first week I was nearly without any pain and by the end of the second week I was feeling almost normal. Two months later, I feel wonderful and any post-surgical pain is a distant memory. I'm overjoyed with the results of the surgery. The donut lift was perfect for me. I appreciate that it was a more conservative lift, but that it provided me exactly what I needed and the scarring is already very minimal. I love the sizing and feel it is perfect for my frame. Even my gynecologist commented that my new breasts look great and look very natural. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Furnas and her amazing team!

I lost 50 pounds prior to my surgeries, and with that being said, I had a lot of loose skin. The tummy tuck was my solution, it looks amazing, I am so happy with the outcome. The office and staff of Dr. Furnas are amazing, it is highly recommended by my experience that I have had with them, I would definitely go back to them if I was to get other procedures done.
