Is a lower facelift at 30 years old the solution to marionette lines/jowls? (Photos)

We don’t typically offer facelifts to 30 year olds! I would consider non surgical options first. Have you had any weight loss? If so, replacing some volume would be a good option. If you had your jaw shifted posteriorly, chin filler may help get you back to where you were. Lastly, a skin tightening procedure such as facetite or ultherapy would help. I would consult with a plastic or facial plastic surgeon to see what surgical and non surgical options you have. Good Luck!

Great question. You are doing a great job simulating what a lower face or mini facelift could achieve when you are pulling your skin that direction. You are probably right that the jaw surgery essentially allowed for more skin laxity in that location at your age. You are very young, however I feel this procedure would be the best to address the area of concern.
