I am 32, but I feel as though my face is aging me 10 years. I had a very wide, chubby face until my late 20s, so I think I have excess skin.

Due to the effects of gravity, there is minimal sagging in the midface and lower face. Skin quality is quite good. In the 30-35 year-old age group, a facelift is more pronounced and requires scarring. Therefore, a deep temporal lift can be performed endoscopically in the temporal region, achieving a more youthful appearance in the midface and lower face. The advantage of this method is that the incision is made in the scalp, resulting in invisible scars. The procedure lasts for 7-10 years.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

It looks like you might have a lower jaw deficiency that I'm sure some aging has exacerbated, plus with the associated weight loss. I would focus on volume restoration but you may need a lift too.

A mini facelift can be done. Another alternative for you to consider is a eccentric lip lift. This does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This takes 1 hour to perform under local anesthesia and costs $4,000.

Based on your nicely posted photos, it is unusual to have that much skin wax city, even with weight loss you could have genetic loss of elasticity? Best virtual consult with.
