A mini facelift typically focuses on tightening the lower part of the face and addressing sagging or excess skin in that area with a less invasive approach. However, if you have more generalized sagging and skin laxity, a deep plane facelift might be more suitable for you. This technique repositions the deeper tissues of both the lower and mid-face, providing a more natural and longer-lasting overall facial tightening. A thorough examination is necessary to determine which procedure is best suited for your needs.
Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
It looks like you might have a lower jaw deficiency that I'm sure some aging has exacerbated, plus with the associated weight loss. I would focus on volume restoration but you may need a lift too.
It's completely understandable to feel concerned about changes in your appearance, especially when they seem to come on suddenly or don't align with how you feel inside. Many people notice shifts in facial volume and skin elasticity in their 30s, especially if their face shape changed significantly over time. A fuller face in earlier years can sometimes mask early signs of aging, and when that volume decreases—whether due to weight loss, natural aging, or other factors—it can leave behind skin that appears loose or less firm. A mini-facelift is an option that can help restore a more youthful look, depending on your goals. I would recommend scheduling an in-person consultation to have a detailed and individualized consultation about facelifts and how it can support your goals (please see attached link).
This is Dr Özge ErgünDue to the effects of gravity, there is minimal sagging in the midface and lower face. Skin quality is quite good. In the 30-35 year-old age group, a facelift is more pronounced and requires scarring. Therefore, a deep temporal lift can be performed endoscopically in the temporal region, achieving a more youthful appearance in the midface and lower face. The advantage of this method is that the incision is made in the scalp, resulting in invisible scars. The procedure lasts for 7-10 years.
A mini facelift can be done. Another alternative for you to consider is a eccentric lip lift. This does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This takes 1 hour to perform under local anesthesia and costs $4,000.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Yes, a mini-facelift with SMAS tightening will address the layer of your face which causes your lower facial and jaw looseness. As the SMAS is moved in a superior/posterior direction, the corners of the mouth smooth and elevate and the jaw line becomes straighter and smoother. Have a detailed...
Based on what you’ve described, the most appropriate option would be an Endotine mid-face lift to address the hollow/descending cheeks, combined with a mini facelift for the lower face and jawline to tighten the loose skin and improve definition. Both procedures are minimally invasive and s...
Have you thought about just adding more volume back to the face? This is something that would need to be addressed with a lift surgery anyway esp if you say you've been losing weight.
