Loss of lower face volume - how can I improve the look of "poochiness" and jowling? (Photos)

Imaginative570346
I am 40 years old and have never lost a significant amount of weight. My lower face volume has just massively depleted in the past few years. I have smile lines that radiate outward but what bothers me the most is this “poochiness“ that leads to shadowing and a marionette look and some joweling. I had filler in that area probably 6-7 years ago. Could it still be there and leading to this issue? What can I do to help correct this besides a face lift which I think I’m too young for currently (would love one eventually?
