Revision of asymmetrical facial fat grafting under eyes. Options that are immediate with local anesthesia & outpatient? (Photos)

I was overfilled on one side of my face during the procedure and am visibly asymmetrical. I’m looking for a safe, effective method to remove fat on 1 to match the more flatter side. It’s gotten worse with time. I‘m thinking something with a micro cannula approach is best. My question is are there other options that are immediate with local anesthesia if any at all and outpatient? Lipodissolve? Lasers on ebony skin? What's a beginning price range though not exact? There’s a pocket on my festoon and fat heavier in that cheek area going to the outside of my face.
