You will not be disappointed. Dr. Thayer was the kindest, most laid back doctor I have ever met. His "bedside manner" is amazing and makes you feel completely relaxed and confident. My surgery turned out better than I ever expected and I look and feel incredible again for the first time in 20 years. I can't believe I waited this long to do it. The follow up in the months afterwards is thorough and Dr Thayer also surrounds himself with an amazing care team that makes you feel seen and heard. 20/10 recommend.

After seeing five plastic surgeons for consultation, Dr. Thayer and his team at Quintessa were by far the best place to be. Dr. Thayer has an amazing balance of being a professional plastic surgeon while also being able to talk to you in a way that you’ll understand. The price was also fair and reasonable when compared to my other quotes. I’m a healthy and rather fit middle aged male and have had puffy nipples my entire life which is referred to as gynecomastia. My skin around the nipples protruded out slightly and the nipples were puffy rather than lying flat. This led to looking unfit in a lot of clothing despite being rather fit. It’s also not the most appealing with a shirt off. During surgery, an incision is made at the bottom half of the nipple line to remove the glandular tissue to allow the chest/nipples to lay flat. The entire process from consultation through post surgery follow up was made so simple for me. I’m several weeks out post surgery and so happy with the result. No more protruding skin or puffy nipples. If you’re a male and not happy with the look of your chest/nipples, go see Dr. Thayer!!
