Beginning Stats: 144 lbs (after 50 lb weight loss), 5 ft 2 in, 12.5 BWD, 32D, 35 years old Surgery & Implant Stats: Motiva Ergonomix Demi 425cc, OTM I am a Mom of 2, experienced pregnancy weight gain and weight loss. I have always wanted to have a breast augmentation, even before having kids, but was always worried about having the ultra-fake look and feel. In Dec 2025 I decided to get serious about it and I found Dr. Thayer through Quintessa on Instagram and started doing my research on his past client results. Once I felt comfortable, I booked a consultation for February 2026. I researched and researched and researched my butt off so that I was prepared and knew what I wanted. I didn't think showing up and not even knowing how to describe what I wanted would be very helpful so I used chatGPT to put into clear words the kind of results I was looking for. I went total Type-A personality and brought a 2-page document with me showing the boobs I liked on other people and which type of implant I was probably leaning toward. The only change Dr. Thayer had to what I was expecting was the implant placement - I thought I would need UTM Dual Plane, and he recommended OTM because I had plenty of natural tissue to cover the implant. The most important things I wanted out of this procedure was not only to have more full breasts, but to retain my natural shape, nipple placement, and feel. I didn't want super firm, I wanted natural movement, and I wanted them to fit my body frame / width. Consultation Day 2/18/2026 - I brought my husband and we walked through my goals, tried on sizers, and felt the implant samples. Dr. Thayer and Maggie were awesome and made the experience very comfortable. I felt heard and understood and all expectations were met or exceeded. I left the consultation thinking we'd land with either 380cc or 425cc Motiva Ergo Demi. I was expecting about a 10 week wait period before surgery but there were some cancellation openings as early as 1 month out so I booked! Surgery Day 3/17/2026 - The surgery center is about an hour and 45 minute drive for me so my husband took me. All the pre-op instructions were easy to understand and comply with so I had no issues feeling prepared. Haley took us back and got the pre-op procedure started. Final chat with Dr. Thayer on the size decision - I was leaving it up to him to choose between the 380cc or 425cc depending on what the best fit was once he was in there. I felt very calm going into the surgery room and once I woke up, I had new boobs! 5-Day Recovery - My OTM recovery has been a breeze so far for pain management. I have a work from home job so I did take the first day post op completely off work but I was able to lightly work at my desk or in my recliner on day 2 and 3 once I was off the narcs. I know I still have months ahead of me for the "drop and fluff" process but I am already in love with my results and I know it's just going to keep getting better and better. I'm so glad I made this decision and chose a wonderful surgeon who listened and understood what I wanted. I would 1000% recommend Dr. Thayer and the team at Quintessa Middleton/Brookfield. Can't wait for my future tummy tuck!! :)

For me this experience has changed my self confidence forever. I was never blessed with breasts of any kind, and after having 2 babies you can imagine the toll they took. I never felt feminine and was always afraid to actually follow through on a surgery. That’s where Dr. Thayer comes in. He seriously changed my life! I think the process is always going to be a little personally difficult differently for each individual and him and his staff always answered any questions or concerns I have/had. He always made me feel safe and has great bedside manner. You can also tell he loves his job and what he does for people. So if you’re questioning about it. Just go in. Have a consult. You won’t regret it.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Thayer and his incredible team. Going into surgery, I was honestly scared. This was a big decision for me, and I had moments of anxiety wondering if I was doing the right thing. From my very first appointment, Dr. Thayer made me feel calm, informed, and completely safe. He listened carefully to what I wanted, answered every question thoroughly, and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed. I had a lower body lift, thigh lift, and torsoplasty Fleur-de-lis, which are not small procedures. Recovery was emotional at times, and there were vulnerable moments where I needed reassurance. His staff was amazing — kind, patient, and always quick to respond. I truly felt cared for every step of the way. And my results? WOW. The contouring, the shaping, the way everything was sculpted — it exceeded my expectations. He has an incredible eye for detail, and it shows in the natural, beautiful outcome. I feel like myself again — just stronger and more confident. Choosing a surgeon is such an important decision, and I am so thankful I chose Dr. Thayer. From start to finish, this was truly the best experience. I have always been incredibly insecure about my arms. No matter how thin or fit I was, I carried fat in my upper arms, and every outfit decision revolved around what would cover them. I had two consultations for my arms, one with another well-known Milwaukee plastic surgeon, and one with Dr. Thayer. The difference was night and day. During my first consultation, I felt judged before the doctor even walked into the room. After barely looking at my arms, I was told that liposuction wouldn’t help me and that I would need an arm lift. I left feeling dismissed and discouraged. My appointment with Dr. Thayer was the complete opposite. He actually talked with me. He asked about my goals, why I wanted the procedure, carefully evaluated my arms, including my skin laxity. Dr. Thayer confidently explained that arm liposuction combined with ReJuvion skin tightening could give me the results I wanted- without large scars across my arms! Dr. Thayer’s bedside manner was impeccable, and his entire team treated me with genuine kindness and care throughout the entire process. I laugh about it, but I call him Picasso. My arms look INCREDIBLE!!!!! I now wear T-shirts, tank tops, and dresses I would have never picked up before. Something that had bothered me my entire life is no longer a source of insecurity. I don’t angle my body, hide my arms, or avoid clothes that cover them. I wear them and feel beautiful. Dr. Thayer never made me feel judged or embarrassed for wanting to change something about my body. He listened, he cared, and he delivered amazing results!! My advice: get multiple consultations and choose the surgeon who truly listens to you and respects your goals. I didn’t need massive scars across my arms to achieve these arms, like I was told. I just needed a skilled doctor who cared.

Dr. Jake Thayer is phenomenal at his job- and the work shows! I received a breast lift (no implants) after being unsatisfied with my shape due to weight loss and breastfeeding. Dr. Jake Thayer and his wonderful team are kind, courteous, and professional through and through! I always felt supported and well-informed by Maggie who made me feel truly cared for. The breast lift itself is PERFECT! The results are better than I could have ever imagined. The symmetry and aesthetics are incredible- the attention to detail that Dr. Jake Thayer put in is impeccable. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
