If you like the surgeon's honestly simulated result by his/her/their manual repositioning of skin and deeper tissues, that may be a worthwhile investment for you. Often however, treatments from the side of the face (facelift) do not sufficiently improve features in the central face, i.e. around the lips. You should consider liposuction under local with quantum and Morpheus to help give that great neck, lower face / jawline. You probably aren’t ready for a face/neck lift yet.

Lower facial sagging around the jawline and mouth, age 45, and prior non-invasive treatments. A mini facelift with SMAS tightening could indeed be an appropriate next step. A mini facelift can be performed under general anesthesia, and the recovery is usually quicker than a full facelift while still providing a significant improvement in lower facial sagging.
