​Without examining you it is difficult to be certain but based on the photos it looks like you would benefit from a monsplasty combined with liposuction to the mons. The liposuction will remove the excess fat to reduce the bulging and the monsplasty will lift it and remove the excess skin. Based on your concerns and submitted photo liposuction alone may not be enough as you would likely be left with too much skin laxity. For you a combination of skin removal as well as liposuction should give you an improved, flatter mons area.

There are 2 common causes of too much fullness of the mons pubis. 1) too much fat with tight skin. This is easily corrected with a very minor liposuction procedure. 2) the more common reason I see is loose drooping skin. This happens most commonly after weight loss or after pregnancy! If you pull up on your lower abdomen just above your pubic region and your mons looks good, then the reason is not too much fat, its due to loose, droopy skin.
