I am 5”3 140 pounds. I am 58 years old. My stomach is flat but I have this fat bulge under my bikini line. Would a small amount of lipo take care of this? I don’t want any incisions. And how much?

Answer: Liposuction Yes, you can have liposuction of the mons area to decrease the fullness that concerns you. It will not tighten the skin much, but the bulge will be addressed. Because it is a small area you may be a candidate to have the procedure under local anesthesia.
