I am 5”3 140 pounds. I am 58 years old. My stomach is flat but I have this fat bulge under my bikini line. Would a small amount of lipo take care of this? I don’t want any incisions. And how much?

Thanks for you qeuation and accompanying photos.  Looks like you have a prior incision with scarring underneath it as well as unwanted fat in the pubic mons area. If this scar bothers you would do great with mons lipo and scar revision.

After reviewing your photos, it seems that liposuction in the pubic area could be beneficial for you. Your overall body shape and image are generally good with a low BMI. There is some excess fat in the pubic region that liposuction could effectively reduce. Another alternative is the Aviva technique, which uses radio frequency to reduce fat without surgery. This procedure can be performed in-office and usually takes about 30 minutes, with minimal recovery time needed. There are also sedation options available to ensure your comfort during the procedure. Your mons pubis fat pad can be reduced effectively with liposuction. However, the skin is slightly loose and might benefit from tightening at the same time with Renuvion J-Plasma. You can do it asleep or awake. Most choose awake as it's a relatively quick procedure. Recovery is mild and you can return to work next day, return to the gym in 2-3 weeks.

Dear concern patient. to suggest if in your area of concern can a liposuction be done is very difficult by evaluating a picture.
you need a physical evaluation to find out how much fat is in the area. can you do lipo in the Mons area, yes you should be able too.

Yes, you can have liposuction of the mons area to decrease the fullness that concerns you.  It will not tighten the skin much, but the bulge will be addressed.  Because it is a small area you may be a candidate to have the procedure under local anesthesia.
