Would there be any special procedures that would be taken into consideration or would 360 lift body lift or tummy tick resolve resolve a hanging/sagging monds?

Depending on the amount of weight loss and skin laxity determines what procedure is needed. Hello, of course, yes, after losing a lot of weight there is excess skin throughout the lower part of the body including the mons pubis, when a tummy tuck is done properly you must do the lift of the mons pubis as well and it is a very nice result

This is a great question! I do monsplasty as part of all my abdominoplasty surgeries- I do lipo over the area if needed, and make the abdominoplasty incision lower so that the mons is lifted.

But... not all surgeons do this. And if you have surgery with someone who isn't "mons aware" it could result in this area looking puffy below your newly flat tummy. I definitely recommend bringing this up at your consultation!

With a tummy tuck I usually always lipo the mons. During this procedure you get a big lift in this area as well. So this combination will resolve this puffy mons area.

A large sagging mons pubis needs to be lifted with a monsplasty. A tummy tuck will provide enough lift. Sometimes these procedures can be done together. Other times, it's better to do them separately. Determining the best option requires an examination in person or at the very least, evaluation of your photos.
