Weight loss and breast size after Tummy tuck?

As you know, the breast consists of fatty tissue, breast tissue, and skin. With weight loss breasts can become more saggy due to volume loss, as has apparently occurred in your case. Without a a proper physical examination or review of photos it is difficult to specifically comment but without breast implants it is potentially possible to achieve a prettier anymore youthful breast shape with a breast lift ("mastopexy").I suggest you discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon. Good luck.

Congratulations on your weight loss.  Sorry to hear about your loss of breast volume.  I  know you would like to have your fuller breasts back, but unless you have fallen below the normal weight for your height, you may want to consider staying at that weight (you'll be healthier).  There is no guarantee that if you gain weight it will automatically go back to your breasts.  Some of it depends on the type of calories ingested.  For example, fast calories such as alcohol (especially beer) and sweets tend to  pack the fat in your abdominal area (hence the term "beer belly"). Another reason for breast deflation could be that your hormones have gotten a little out of whack from your surgery.  If this is the case, weight gain will not result in regaining your pre-tummy tuck breasts.  If you don't want implants, you may want to consider fat transfer into your breasts.

it is good to lose weight, if it is appropriate for your frame and height. if you do not want augmentation, then you could have fat transfer to the breast area or do lipsuction in the mid section or other areas until you gained weight in the breast area.
