I had a tummy tuck 4 weeks ago. After the surgery I lost an extra 10 pounds because I wasn't eating as much. I didn't mean to do this, but I haven't had as much of an appetite. My breasts are now smaller and sagging just a bit. This is rather discouraging. If I gain the weight back will my breasts regain their volume and size? I do NOT want an augmentation.

And not touched with your procedures. If you have objective proof such as measurements, swelling will be the suspected culprit. But if you do not have measurements and it only looks wider then I would speculate that its because your tummy and thighs look smaller from your procedure.

What is apparent from your photos is that you have an upper abdominal bulge (muffin tup); this can be caused from 1)tightening the bottom muscles more than the top; 2)rupture of your upper abdominal sutures; 3)stretching out of your uppper abdominal muscles. Please consult your surgeon.
