I am almost 3 months after my tummy tuck and some of my shorts that I used to fit into before the surgery are now tight. I still am not as flat and hour glass shaped as I want to be. What can I do? Do I need to diet......again?

What is apparent from your photos is that you have an upper abdominal bulge (muffin tup); this can be caused from 1)tightening the bottom muscles more than the top; 2)rupture of your upper abdominal sutures; 3)stretching out of your uppper abdominal muscles. Please consult your surgeon.
It could already be healed. If there are still raw spots and draining areas, I would continue with petroleum jelly products such as Aqua-phor, Vaseline, CU-3 ointments etc and avoid antibiotics as your skin appears irritated and could benefit from avoiding antibiotics.
Most of the time red itchy bumps this far from your surgery are a topical allergy. Would check with your surgeon. In our practice we would stop any antibiotic ointment and switch to either plain Vaseline or 1% Hydrocortisone cream. If surgical glue was used, make sure you peel...
