It may be possible for you to have all the procedures done at the same time, however you should be seen by a board certified plastic surgeon to determine if you are a candidate. A mommy makeover is a broad term that may include a lot of surgery or not, it will also depend on the skill of your surgeon, opinions will vary. Good luck.

Combining procedures is common and considered safe, but there is a limit.  It would be best for your safety as well as to optimize your results to have the Mommy Makeover in one phase and the rhinoplasty in a different phase.  See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

For safety reasons we like to limit anesthesia to 5 to 6 hours.  By doing all three procedures at the same time you would go beyond that limit and it may be more difficult for you to recover from all that surgery at once.  Usually the breast augmentation and tummy tuck procedures are done at the same time and the rhinoplasty is a separate procedure.  Be sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon and follow their recommendations.
