It may be possible for you to have all the procedures done at the same time, however you should be seen by a board certified plastic surgeon to determine if you are a candidate. A mommy makeover is a broad term that may include a lot of surgery or not, it will also depend on the skill of your surgeon, opinions will vary. Good luck.
For safety reasons we like to limit anesthesia to 5 to 6 hours. By doing all three procedures at the same time you would go beyond that limit and it may be more difficult for you to recover from all that surgery at once. Usually the breast augmentation and tummy tuck procedures are done at the same time and the rhinoplasty is a separate procedure. Be sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon and follow their recommendations.

These procedures should not be performed together IMHO. During a BBL the patient is positioned in the prone position (face down) with possible pressure or distortion to the face and nose. So, the rhinoplasty (nose job) cannot be performed before the BBL. And if there is any distortion of the nose from positioning or swelling, then the rhinoplasty after the BBL will not be possible.I would pass on this combination.Good Luck!
