Do you think that a mini tummy tuck with a breast augmentation will be able to improve my body after pregnancy?

I am looking to improve my tummy and breasts after pregnancy. I understand they are on t cuff between needing a lift or just implants depending on my expectations. I am hoping to just regain some fullness in my breasts - I have attached some expectations. In regards to my tummy, I am a yoga teacher and exercise between 1-2 hours a day 6 days a week. I’m hoping for a decent outcome with a mini tuck considering the majority of my loose skin is on my lower belly. I’ve attached expectations.

The technique I would recommend is The Bellesoma Method.  This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained.  At the same time, if you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement.  The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight.  At the same time, fat can be transferred to your breasts if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Without an examination this is a tough question to answer.  You would get a benefit from a mini but you would not notice much of a difference around your umbilicus.  You also would not have an improvement to your abdominal muscles if you have any laxity.  If those areas do not bother you, than a mini would likely be all you would want.  In terms of your breasts, again an exam would be helpful to determine if a lift would help. Worse case scenario, you have an augmentation with the possibility of a lift later if needed.

Liposuction of your upper abdomen and flanks with mini tummy tuck should allow you to achieve the goals demonstrated in your wish photographs. While your breasts have enough tissue to undergo only a lift, your wish photos show larger breasts with implants, thus small implants would be needed in your case to achieve your desired goals.  Since you are a yoga instructor, I recommend smaller implants. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to explore the best options for you. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction, a mini tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy, and a breast lift with or without implants (depending on your goals), for perkier, youthful breasts. To determine the right implant size, an in-person evaluation is necessary. 
Along with the tummy tuck, liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You improve your waist, back and flanks.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

It appears that you would have a satisfactory outcome with a breast lift and augmentation.  Regarding your abdomen It appears from the pictures that you likely would be a good candidate for a mini abdominoplasty.  When making the decision between a full and mini abdominoplasty several things must be taken into consideration.  Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) is one of the most frequently performed and popular procedures and plastic surgery.  Most women who undergo abdominoplasty do so after they are done childbearing.  Unfortunately childbearing causes significant stress of the abdominal wall in all directions.  Many women also experience separation of the rectus muscles of the abdominal wall.  These are to parallel muscles running from the rib cage down to the pubic bone.  Fortunately this separation can be repaired during the course of a full abdominoplasty.  In general when stretch marks are present the best operation is usually a full abdominoplasty.In a full abdominoplasty an incision is made from one hip to the other.  I prefer patients to bring  in the lower portion of the two-piece plating sutures they would most like to wear.  This allows me to design the incision in the most favorable location.  It is best to put the incision as low as possible.  In general this usually means approximately 7 cm from the opening of the vagina.After this incision is made the skin and fat layer is separated from, and elevated off, of the underlying muscle layer.  This separation continues up to the belly button.  An incision is then made around the belly button releasing it from the skin and fat layer being elevated.  This allows for elevation of the skin and fat layer to continue up to the rib margin.  At this point the entire central muscle layer is exposed and can be tightened from the rib cage all the way down to the pubic bone.  The skin and fat layer is then pulled snugly down to the lower incision and the excess skin and fat is removed.  The belly button, which is still attached to the muscle layer, is then brought out through a new incision at the same level it was at the beginning.In the ideal situation the original incision which was made around the belly button is pulled down far enough to be discarded with the extra skin.  Occasionally this skin cannot be tightened enough to allow for the removal of the opening created by the original incision around the belly button.  In this situation the opening has to be closed leaving a vertical incision somewhere between the belly button and the pubic bone.  Most often, with careful attention to detail, the closure of this vertical incision can result in a very acceptable scar.In a mini abdominoplasty the incision is designed along the same lines as the full abdominoplasty.  Very often the length of the incision for the mini abdominoplasty is similar to the full abdominoplasty incision.  Even if it is shorter healing time for the incision will be essentially the same because incisions healed from side to side not end to end.  After the incision is made skin and fat layer is elevated up to the belly button but not past it.  Because the skin and fat layer is not elevated off of the upper abdomen complete tightening of the muscle layer is not possible.After the skin and fat layer is elevated it is pulled down tightly and the excess is removed.  No tightening of the skin above the belly button is performed.  Very often during the course of the mini abdominoplasty the rest of the abdominal wall is liposuctioned to remove excess fat.Although the recovery time for a full abdominoplasty is somewhat longer than a mini abdominoplasty the results are worth it.If you are considering a tummy tuck be sure to consult a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery who performs these procedures on a regular basis.

Tummy: A mini tummy tuck is a procedure that treats laxity and fullness of the lower abdomen without any incision around the belly button or attention to tissues above the belly button. In my practice, this is an unusual procedure and rarely performed as most patients with soft tissue concerns below the belly button only have not had term pregnancies and are candidates for liposuction to contour this part of the abdomen. A tummy tuck, or abdominoplasty, is a procedure to address changes in the abdomen related to pregnancies or massive weight gain and loss. This procedure, through an incision low on the abdomen, allows tightening of the abdominal wall muscles and correction of rectus diastasis, a finding related to distention of the abdominal wall with pregnancy. The skin is redraped and in many cases, significantly trimmed, allowing for definitive removal of stretch marks that may be present around or below the belly button. Some patients are candidates for a drain less abdominoplasty; this decision is made and discussed at the initial consultation. An in-person consultation may help better determine if you are a candidate for a mini or a full tummy tuck. 
Breasts: You may achieve the fullness you are looking for with just an implant. After getting measurements the surgeon you choose can advise if a lift is needed.
