You are at an acceptable BMI to undergo surgery now. I do caution you that if you are intending to lose 15+ pounds, to go ahead and do that prior to surgery for the best possible result.Best of luck!

However, if you believe you can successfully lose weight and maintain the weight loss before your surgery, then you should absolutely do so. Losing weight naturally will ensure that all of your excess loose skin can be removed during the procedure. It will also allow for more natural results following your procedure.

I can't advice you on the breast augmentation as the photos don't show your breasts to evaluate them. Tummy tuck is a very powerful technique in the right hands, and can have dramatic results if done correctly.  You definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  Don’t settle for less than a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

be a candidate for a tummy tuck. Without photos, I am unable to determine if you are a candidate for a breast augmentation or if a breast lift would help give you the aesthetic appearance you are looking for. A tummy tuck will remove the
excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen and tightens the
muscle and fascia of the abdominal wall creating an abdominal profile
that is smoother and firmer. I generally recommend my patients to be within 10 pounds of their goal weight as further weight loss could alter the results. I would consult with a
plastic surgeon so they may best explain the procedures that will help

Generally speaking, you want to reach your goal weight before you consider a tummy tuck, otherwise your results will be suboptimal if you continue to lose weight after the surgery. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Thanks for your question!  I don't ask my patients to lose weight prior to their procedure if they are at a healthy and sustainable weight that allows me to do what I need to do.  Basically, if you are happy with your weight and this is where you "live", then you will be fine to have surgery at this weight.  Good luck!

Hello! You are an excellent candidate for a mommy make over! I would suggest a full abdominoplasty combined with liposuction for contouring purposes. In regards to your weight, any additional weight loss prior to your procedure will only enhance the results even more. I advise my patients to be within 5-10 pounds of their goal weight prior to a procedure. Based on your photographs and skin laxity, you are a great candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction once you achieve a stable goal weight.  This can be done through a low and short incision, all completely below the bikini line.  The belly button can be designed to look natural and have no scars on the exterior.   Your muscles can also be plicated resulting in a flat abdomen.  A breast augmentation can be performed at the same time.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.\

Certainly it is always best to be as close to your goal weight as possible prior to surgery.  However, for some patients it is simply not possible.  Whatever you can do is helpful, but based on your pictures, you look like you would be a good surgical candidate already.  The best thing to do is to have a few consultations with board certified plastic surgeons, even if you have to drive a little outside your area, and see what will work best for you.
