Over the past months, I've noticed one side of my face shifting lower than the other and it has gotten to a point where it is very noticeable. At least to me. My right side appears very droopy and saggy compared to my left side. I don't know the cause of this or how to fix it. Are there any facial exercises I could do? Maybe chewing on one side? Surgery is my absolute last resort and would like to avoid that. Thank you.
Answer: Asymmetry We all have facial asymmetry to some degree and yours is within normal range. Later on as you age if it is particularly bothersome you can use fillers to add volume and even out your jawline. We encourage you to use medical grade skin care products and to wear sunscreen every day.

Answer: Morpheus8 can help tighten and lift the skin for a more defined look. Pair with ultherapy for further lifting Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Mini Facelift & Mini neck lift -- FaceTite RF for internal skin tightening + Neck Liposuction for definition/contouring FaceTite can internally tighten the skin in the lower face and neck. After all the skin has been heated and contracted, we shape the neck with liposuction to give definition and remove stubborn pockets of fat. In one quick treatment, we can tighten skin, remove fat, and contour the lower face, jawline, and jowls with only a weekend of downtime. Keep in mind that combination approaches will give you a more significant improvement as opposed to a single procedure. I recommend getting a consultation with a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist and facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Multiple options Hi Renzo, Thank you for the question. There are multiple nonsurgical options to help fix asymmetry in the face but likely a combination of treatments are necessary for optimal results. It's difficult to say for sure based on the pictures you provided, but often times lifestyle modifications should be combined with treatments such as botox, fillers, and PDO threads for lifting. Try to find a practitioner in your area that is confident and comfortable with using multiple treatment modalities.

Answer: Uneven face ? On review of your picture it seems to me that what you see is a minor degree of drooping (ptosis) of your right eyelid. If confirmed with a personal physical exam there are remedies for this.
