I'm a 20 year old female. Is there a facelift procedure that I can do instead of an actual facelift?

I lost a bit of weight, I went from (150 lbs to 126 lbs) and I feel as though my face still has excess fat on it that's making it droopy looking especially my under eyes and cheeks, I am too young for a extreme procedure face lift but is there anything I can do to give my face a bit of a lift and more youthful facial structure?
