I lost a bit of weight, I went from (150 lbs to 126 lbs) and I feel as though my face still has excess fat on it that's making it droopy looking especially my under eyes and cheeks, I am too young for a extreme procedure face lift but is there anything I can do to give my face a bit of a lift and more youthful facial structure?
Answer: Considering options Without photos or an exam it is difficult to give specific recommendations, but there are a few options to consider. Morphesus8 treatments can help tighten skin and improve overall skin tone and texture. Fillers can be used to help add volume to hollowed areas. We always recommend using medical grade skin care products and wearing sunscreen every day.

Answer: A combination of Morpheus8 and ultherapy is a great alternative for a non-surgical facelift. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Non-Surgical Face Lift / Skin Resurfacing with Renuvion/J-Plasma -- add Lasers, Microneedling/PRP, Ultherapy, FaceTite In our practice, we perform a non-surgical face lift / skin resurfacing treatment using Renuvion Helium Plasma Radiofrequency. To get the most improvement with skin tightening, we combine Renuvion (formerly J-Plasma) with lasers (Fraxel, Clear + Brilliant, CO2), microneedling/PRP, Ultherapy and InMode FaceTite. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: 20 Year Old Female Needs Facelift After Weight Loss? Fill Out Lost Facial Volume With Voluma It's difficult to address your situation directly without seeing photos. However, at 20 years of age I would not recommend any surgical procedures, including thread lifts. Instead, I'd first give it a little more time; it may be that your skin hasn't fully retracted after losing volume during your weight loss. If you continue to feel that you look gaunt, then I'd recommend giving your midface more volume and lift with Voluma or Restylane Refyne or Defyne. Be sure to consult a board-certified dermatologist in person to find out which treatments would help you look as healthy as you now feel at your new weight.

Answer: From 150 to 126 - Congrats!!! Ideally, you should certainly have a face to face consultation with a physician or surgeon who specializes in non-surgical face lifts. At our practice we use a series of radio frequency treatments to help reformulate collagen and tighten the skin. You can also add fillers or fat transfer which will help with volume loss. Thank you for reaching out to RS with your questions. Take care.
