Liquid face lift, fillers, or surgery?

Question

What kind of face lift should I do? I feel saggy and my nasalobial folds are so deeep. I also have dimple on top of my both checks and I hate it. My chin is too small too. I'm a student I can't afford fillers every other 6 months. Should I save up and do facelift surgery or some fillers that lasts up to 12 months. I really wanna have V shape kind of chin too. Pointy and long. Thanks

It is a bit difficult to fully evaluate your face with only the pictures provided, but you definitely are not a good candidate for a facelift.  In my opinion, you have a very nice face and I would most likely not recommend anything for you.  I understand that you may not be happy with your appearance though, so it may be possible to use fillers or implants to make some alterations.  An examination of you would really be helpful to determine what options you might have.

Less is more. A non-surgical facelift for a young woman is generally preferred over facelift surgery by plastic surgeons. Most plastic surgeons will not offer facelift surgery for those under 40. On the other hand, a "liquid facelift" with facial fillers and Botox injections can help improve one's appearance, even in younger patients.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Though not a surgical candidate you may be able to use dermal fillers to enhance your areas of concern - cheek and chin.  Use of a thicker hyaluronic acid filler like Voluma can be used to sculpt the chin while supplying additional volume to the  cheeks.  Hope this helps.

Frankly, at least from the photos provided, I do not see the need for any work to be done to your face--and particularly NOT an expensive, aggressive, invasive surgical facelift. Although you did not submit a critical profile view, if your chin does indeed require augmentation, it could be easily and relatively inexpensively achieved with the use of a volumizing filler in under five minutes in experienced hands. My choice for this in my Upper East Side Manhattan office would be Voluma XC and in my Israel satellite facility, where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved volumizing fillers are available, would be Volyme (formerly Emervel Volume). Make sure that you consult with a board certified aesthetic physician and be certain to ask to see his/her before and after photos of nonsurgical chin augmentation before agreeing to proceed. On review of your pictures I just do not see the problems you mention. I think you look beautiful and really would not advise you a facelift. I doubt that anybody would even consider that as an option for you. If a side picture of your face (that you did not submit) shows a recessed chin then chin augmentation could be done. This is a very simple procedure that if performed con permanent fillers can be if not permanent very long lasting.

A variety of treatment options are available for your concerns. Coolaser&trade; can be an option for saggy skin which helps stimulate collagen growth to help tighten and lift your skin. In my opinion you do not look "saggy" and you have a pretty face. You might be a candidate for a small chin implant. Before having a chin implant it might be helpful to first have your chin region injected with a filler so you could decide if you like a fuller chin. This may be particularly helpful in that the filler will go away over a variable period of time whereas a chin implant is permanent.
