I recently saw Dr. Qazi. I actually flew from KC after doing a lot of research. I Have treated my acne scars (ice pick and rolling) for about 15 years and never was able to raise them. I did not understand for a long time that my scars were tethered and would never get where I want without subcission. I had a combination of TCA Cross, Subcission, CO2 and Erbium laser. While it will take time to view full results due to waiting on my own collagen't response, I already have

Expensive, minimal result after 3 months - better treatments available
The cosmelan peel is a very intense peel. After multiple vi peels I decided to try to my melasma. The peel process was painful, swollen, red and about two weeks down time. My skin was clear and much more even for about 1 month. Despite very intense spf use, limited sun exposure and use of after care the dark spots came back with more intensity. This procedure was not worth the cost. Better results with other treatments.
