I am six months post op having replacement surgery (saline to silicon). I went from having 300cc saline to 495 silicon. My right breast is considerably larger, most likely the 495 as listed on my implant card and my left is much closer to my original size of 300cc. I have never had asymmetry issues even before implants. What do I do?

Answer: Different Sized Implants? Hi Kimm L, I understand your concern. However, only your plastic surgeon can answer your question, as he/she was the one who handled your operation. You can always request a copy of your surgical records to check on the implant size placed during your surgery. Answer: Your implant card will have what implants you have and if the same size was used, the reason for your asymmetry must be determined so the proper intervention can be pursued as your concerns are easily appreciated.
