I got my breast done in 2014, shaped implants by Sientra. My doctor said my inframary was short. So I couldn’t go big. He recommended 295cc. Is there a way I can fix this?
Answer: Nipples pointing in different directions. I would have to see what asymmetry you had before the implants but you can correct the most visual asymmetry by changing implant position. I would lower the right implant. If that does not do it then consider moving the nipple

Answer: Nipple asymmetry Nipple asymmetry is difficult to deal with. Moving one or both nipples involves scars that on your case are not worth while. The placement of you implants tends to exaggerate the asymmetry. I think you could get larger implants and have them set lower and more to the side especially on your right breast. I think the overall look would be greatly improved.

Answer: Implant Malposition It appears from the photos that you can have an improvement from revision surgery. The one issue that really can not be addressed is the way your breast/nipple areola are positioned on your chest. You have breasts that are spaced further out as well as your nipples.Revision surgery with lowering of the right breast implant as well as placing implants with appropriate width can help improve your results.I would recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your surgical options.Hope that helps.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Boobiejv,Breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Answer: Nipple position is impacted by implant position and you really need to get your implants symmetrical before doing anything else. There is also a reasonable chance your implant may have rotated so any malpositions must be corrected before addressing nipple position. Also check your pre-op photos to see what pre-existing asymmetry you may have had then.
