Is bruising coming to surface or could be it more serious?

It´s very hard to tell if somethings wrong only by looking at the picture, of course an in person evaluation is more accurate. Remember that you had implant revision because a capsular contracture so don´t expect the recovery process to be the same as when you had the breast augmentation, your surgeon had to do much more work and a more complex surgery this time and inflammation (swelling and pain) are more common after this kind of surgery. It´s also very early to have a capsular contracture. I recommend you to wait for the swelling to go down, ask your plastic surgeon when is time to start massage to the breast and follow the instructions given for the postoperative care. If you still not comfortable with your recovery, visit your surgeon and discuss all your concerns.

Unfortunately a photograph doesn't convey the firmness you are experiencing. You expressed that the breast is "rock hard". While firmness is to be expected after capsulotomy / capsulectomy / reaugmentation, a hard breast requires evaluation for safety's sake. Recurrent capsular contracture will not occur in 2 weeks, taking months to develop. Hematoma or seroma is a possibility.
Seek medical attention to ensure that all is okay.
