What can I do for my sagging belly button and stretch marks? Last surgeon implied that belly button can't be corrected. (photos)

My last surgeon for my breast augmentation (amazing) implied that my belly button couldn't be corrected after piercing and pregnancy... Is there anything I can do? Is there a way to at least remove the small piece of skin that sags while keeping the general look of my own/not getting an entirely new belly button? It just looks sad. Also, in regard to the stretch marks.. am I a candidate for a mini tummy tuck given that there is some loose skin? Thank you in advance.

It looks like you have some muscle separation and possibly a small umbilical hernia. A mini tummy tuck with umbilical float might be an option, and the belly button could be re-shaped when it is re-attached. Skin removal only is not likely to give a good result.

It would be possible to improve the appearance of your belly button with surgery. However, the stretch marks located below your belly button may not be improved with a mini tummy tuck. Or, the resulting scar may not be worth it.

it depends on your skin laxity for which I would need to examine you. In general, liposuction does not help with skin laxity and a tummy tuck is the best option in this scenario. A mini tummy tuck can work great for laxity below the umbilicus but generally does not improve the area above the belly button.If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Nothing replaces an in-person examination to assess your muscle and skin elasticity so I would recommend seeking out second opinion consultations to get the best advice.  From your current appearance the scarring from a mini or a full may be objectionable based on how good your stomach looks.

A mini tummy tuck will address a portion of the stretch marks below the belly button.  Those that will remain will be pulled lower.  A mini tuck will not correct the concerns with the belly button.  If you are a candidate for a standard tummy tuck it will address all stretch marks in the central abdomen below the belly button, correct the belly button concerns, remove excess skin, and address any muscle wall laxity. Actually, your belly button can be improved with a small incision in the upper half to remove excess skin. Not all the skin can be removed this way, but it can be improved.  For stretch marks, micro-needling with radiofrequency, like Secret, does work well.
