An examination is needed to be certain, but you might get some improvement with minimally invasive skin tightening like Thermitight. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing your options.

Based on your pictures it looks like you have mild skin laxity, an uneven fat distribution from previous treatments, moderate muscle separation a.k.a. diastases recti (my best guess )and possibly mild excess visceral fat(also best guess)

A full tummy tuck is your best option because it will treat the muscle separation and skin laxity. Subcutaneous fat was really never the primary problem. It’s not in your post but I’m assuming you have children?

Nobody has to have a tummy tuck and certainly nobody wants to have a tummy tuck (except the results of course )but if you want a tight flat abdomen that is the only way to get there.

Weight loss is a non-surgical option that can help to some degree
