Hi there,Thanks for your question! It appears you do have a bit of breast ptosis (or a fancy way of saying your areolas point downwards!) This can be corrected by moving your areolas into a more central position on your chest. Hope that helps!
Thanks for your question! They are certainly not deformed, but they are low on your chest. If you truly want them higher, you should consider a breast lift. Depending on the size of the implant (if you were looking to add fullness), it may kick the nipple up and out a little bit. Good luck!
Based on your photos, the main issue is the lower portion of the breasts look constricted. There is too little breast and skin below the nipple. The nipples appear to be above the fold at the bottom of the breast. We call this a tuberous breast. The best way to correct it is to add volume to the bottom of the breast by injecting fat or placing an implant. By adding volume to the lower breast, the nipple will be better positioned on the breast mound.
Your breasts appear to be normal. Your nipples can be raised so that they’re "higher up” with a breast lift.
I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. hello, can plan for you augmentation with planning the expected size, your nipple areolar complex will move to upper position related with operative plan
Thank you for your question and photos. An examination in person would be required to properly evaluate your breasts. That said, it appears that you have a “constricted lower pole” meaning that the distance between the bottom of your breast, (defined by the inframammary fold), and the nipple is relatively short. If you are pleased with your breast size a lollipop type mastopexy or breast lift may be a good option for you without implants. Alternatively, a breast augmentation with properly selected implants and a correctly designed and placed incision can lower you inframammary fold by resigning the bottom of your breast and achieving a more aesthetically pleasing outcome. It does NOT appear that you would need a lift if you choose to have an augmentation. Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon whose aesthetics seem to align with your own based on his or her Before and After gallery. Best of luck to you.
The trouble it’s your breast, you need to get breast implants, make a new lower pol on your breast and improve the chape and your nipple look better
Dear Affectionate557441,my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
No, you are not "deformed", but you do have some sagging which can be corrected with a lift. Implants can be added for more volume if you want.
A gap between the breasts is normal, but some women are wider than others. You did not post a nude photo, so I cannot be specific. You might have some excess skin which can be removed with a lift. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your concerns.
It is certainly possible to get a more full upper pole by utilizing breast implants. The type, style, and size of implant would need to be chosen based on what is called tissue based planning. This technique requires choosing the correct implant based on your chest wall "base width" amongst...
Even if you have a significant amount of your own breast tissue, implants will tend to profile shape throughout a variety of different positions, including lying flat. Most silicone implants are made of a thick (form stable) gel. This cohesiveness is what provides stability throughout movements...
