breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery.Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size.While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

Your heavy implants are pulling and stretching your skin. I would suggest going with something smaller and repeat the lift.

Hello! Pectus excavatum can affect how your overall augmentation looks by making your cleavage appear deeper and your breasts look more projected. For this reason, we try to keep the implant a lower or moderate profile and not place them too close as to avoid strange cleavage appearance. You appear to have a naturally close cleavage and possibly a bit of minor lower symmastia. Symmastia can come from breast surgery, but also some people are just made with the skin not well attached to the sternum. I often use fat grafting in addition to implant augmentation for my patients with pectus excavatum to help make the chest wall more symmetric and hide the deformity a bit. If you do have symmastia resulting from surgery, this can often be improved surgically as well, those with it naturally are much more difficult to repair. Good luck!

Hi and welcome to our forum!From your photos, I note that the distance from the top of the breast bone to the nipples is increased. the nipples are pointing downward and appear to reside at the level of the fold beneath the breasts, there is loss of superior breast pole volume, there is moderate sag, and there is pre-sternal scar / webbing between the breasts. You appear to be a candidate for revisional mastopexy to lift the nipple areolar complexes into anatomic position, restore superior pole breast volume, and conify the shape of the breasts. The pre-sternal scar and webbing may be minimized by using a smaller implant. It cannot be totally eliminated.The pectus excavatum doesn't play a role here. In most cases, it increases cleavage in a positive manner. 15% of cosmetic surgeries benefit from secondary revision.Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.Best wishes...
