If you’re reading this review because you’re researching plastic surgeons, seriously stop at this one and go see Dr. McLaughin. You will not regret it. I truly wish I could award her, and her practice, more than 5 stars.

For the staff: The receptionist called me by name when walking in the front door every time, and that in itself was a step above the rest. Alexa, Dr. Mclaughlin’s nurse, made you feel like her best friend and exudes the confidence you want to see in your provider when electing to have surgery. The anesthesiologist had one-on-one time with me before my procedure and made sure I had no concerns and put my nerves at ease. Even down to the pre-op paperwork, everything was easy and stress-free.

For Dr. McLaughlin: I have never felt more comfortable around someone in my life. Not only was she super knowledgeable (of course) she wanted to know the “why” behind my requests - which made the process feel more like a human connection rather than a transactional one. Not to mention, she’s by far the coolest woman I’ve ever met.

The best thing about this experience, is the results were also perfect but it doesn’t even seem like the most important part after witnessing the most professional people doing what they clearly love to do. I have more confidence than I did pre-motherhood, and I cannot thank Dr. McLaughlin enough for giving me my life back.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. From the informative and warm consultation, to the reassuring and nurturing bedside manner at my procedure, to the absolutely perfect results, this was one of the best experiences of my life.

I absolutely love this place. It is such a laid-back comfortable environment and all the boobs everywhere just make me smile. I’ve been seeing Alexa for the semiglutide diet program and I couldn’t be any happier. I have lost over 10 pounds less than two months. I am looking forward to finally meeting my goal away for the first time. I love this group so much I highly recommend.

Great staff! Walked me through the whole process. Also getting injections. They gave quotes over the phone! Very attentive and informative. Dr. McLaughlin is amazing sweet and helpful. I’m so excited to get my surgery with them this month!

I couldn't rave more about West Magnolia plastic surgery! Melissa is the best injector I have ever experienced in 14 years of receiving injections. Her technique is spot on.
She uses less product, and I have longer lasting results than ever before which saves me time and money!!! She answers all of my questions and concerns in a compassionate way, and has never tried to suggest services unnecessarily. The staff is kind and courteous and they are always on time.

I was referred by a friend who highly recommended this office and the spa services. Melissa is fabulous and was able to tackle issues my previous injector wasn’t addressing. She also gave me recommendations for at home treatments to maintain my skin. She was honest about how to treat certain areas of concern and also declined a service I wanted to try as she felt it would not be beneficial for me. So nice to have someone that is not trying to sell unnecessary services/products vs looking out for the best interest of the patient.

Melissa is awesome! I was having issues with previous injectors not injecting the correct areas to resolve my areas of concern. Then they would charge me again when I returned two weeks later to show them the outcome and get a touch up because the lines were still visible. After my first treatment with Melissa, all the lines/wrinkles vanished!

Love Melissa and all the staff!! Always have great results and love that we found a great place!! Also love the treatments I’ve received from Amber. She is always so friendly!! It’s a very relaxing environment.
