I am wanting a MMO & a BBL I was advised by a surgeon to do the BBL and TT first then doing the lift with implants 4 months later. I’m torn. Do I do the BBL? Or do I just do the MMO and no BBL at all? Help! I would rather have it all done at the exact same time, one recovery, one surgery. 26yo, 5’5”, 151lbs, 3 kids in 3.5 years (natural deliveries), will need muscle repair on stomach. Do not take medications, never had surgery before. Want to have my body back and even look better!
Answer: The Bellesoma No Vertical Scar Lift and abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement I would begin with your breasts and the technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At the same time, a tummy tuck can be done. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. At the same time of the tummy tuck, fat can be harvested and transferred to your breasts if additional volume is desired. After these are done, you can consider the Brazilian butt lift. The safe time for cosmetic surgery is 6 hours so all the procedures cannot be done at the same time.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Considering procedures Considering your comfort during recovery it is best if you begin with the BBL and liposuction. By having this stage first it allows the surgeon the most fat to harvest. The second stage would be the tummy tuck and breast work. If you have them all done on the same surgical day you will have some challenges for recovery as you won't be able to be on your front or your back, leaving only your side. I encourage you to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to learn more.

Answer: Mommy makeover You are a perfect candidate for a mommy makeover! The BBL is the most unpredictable surgery of the ones your are planning to have. I think the tummy tuck and liposuction of the love handle areas will give you so much more waistline definition that your buttocks will look better even without the added fat transfer. My advice is to do the BBL at the same time as the tummy tuck because the results will be very complimentary with subtracting at the waist and adding to the buttocks. Then you can have the breast lift and implants in the near future.

Answer: Mommy makeover (TT/BL/flank lipo) or 360 lipo BBL first? (Photos) I would advise performing the liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and back with the fat transfer to the buttocks first. Then return 3 to 6 months later and perform the tummy tuck and breast implants/lift. This will produce better results and will add a measure of safety. The TT and BBL can be performed together, but you should be aware of a few things. If you are fat limited, the amount of fat harvested and transferred will be limited as you cannot aggressively suction the tummy tuck flap. In recovery, you will not be able to rest on your stomach or back comfortably. Also, resting on your back may compromise the fat grafting result. I do these two procedures hundreds of times each per year, but I am not sure whether I would recommend them at the same time for a mother of three young children.

Answer: Options Thank you for your pictures and questions. I would recommend that you follow your PS recommendations since a medical evaluation and a face to face was completed. That or you can find another board certified surgeon that you are comfortable with to discuss your desired results as a second opinion. How ever I do not recommend that you do all procedures at the same time due to the length of anesthesia.
