I’m looking to getting snatched as they say. I had my daughter a little over a year ago. I’m done having kids. I had a breast augmentation about 4 years ago as I’m not extremely happy with results looking to getting them redone tummy tuck and BBL. I guess this would be for a mommy makeover and BBL. I would like Lipo 360 and tighten of muscle as well. Is that included in Mommy-makeover? Also what should I get done first? And would it be possible to them all in one time? Please help! Thanks
Answer: Is Lipo 360 and tightening of muscles included in mommy makeover? There is no universally accepted definition of "mommy makeover" surgery. A mommy makeover can involve ANY of the areas affected by pregnancy: most commonly a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and breast augmentation and/or lift (mastopexy). Other commonly requested surgical procedures include liposuction surgery and/or genitalia surgery. Exactly what operations would be beneficial will depend on your concerns/goals. Generally speaking, the tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) is an operation designed to improve contour of the abdominal wall and surrounding areas. Generally, the operation involves removal of "excess" skin and adipose tissue of the lower abdominal wall and re approximation of the abdominal wall muscles that may have spread with pregnancies and/or weight gain/loss. Adjacent areas such as flanks and/or pubic areas can also be addressed at the same time. The upside with tummy tuck surgery is improvement of the abdominal wall contour and removal of excess skin/adipose tissue. The downside of the operation is the presence of a scar along the lower abdominal wall and around the umbilicus. Patients need to weigh the benefit/risks of the procedure to determine whether it is the right course of action for them personally. The operation is associated with a significant recovery period. Generally speaking, the “ideal” patient for tummy tuck surgery is one who has completed pregnancies, is psycho socially/emotionally/financially stable, has an excellent social support system surrounding him/her, is capable of arranging enough recovery time, does not smoke and who has reached a long-term stable weight. My best suggestion: select your plastic surgeon carefully. Make sure that he/she has significant demonstrable experience achieving the types of outcomes you will be pleased with. Working together you will come up with the best plan to achieve an outcome that you will be pleased with I hope this helps.

Answer: Considering procedures Mommy Makeover is a term that is used to describe a set of procedures to help women improve their shape after pregnancy and breastfeeding. The procedures included vary based on the needs of each patient. I encourage you to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to discuss your goals from surgery. It may be that it is best to begin with the BBL and liposuction to allow the surgeon to harvest the most fat. After healing from that you can return for the other procedures.

Answer: Implant replacement, TT, lipo, BBL Thanks for your question! For me personally, in my type of surgery center, I would not recommend doing all of those procedures at the same time. I think that doing the implant replacement & tummy tuck together make sense. Then, coming back and doing the lipo and BBL together makes sense. It will be two trips to the operating room, but it is the safest way to do it. Be sure to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to ensure an optimal outcome. Good luck!

Answer: Is Lipo 360 and tightening of muscles included in mommy makeover? The mommy makeover typically includes breast augmentation and tummy tuck. I would advise performing the liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and back with the fat transfer to the buttocks first. Then return 3 to 6 months later and perform the tummy tuck with plication and breast augmentation. This will produce better results and will add a measure of safety. Answer: Combined procedures It may not be possible to combine all three procedures into one setting (breast, tummy tuck and BBL) for safety reasons. Without photos it's difficult to determine in your particular case. Muscle plication or tightening is standard in all tummy tucks. If you were to stage these, I would consider the liposuction and fat transfer to the buttock first, followed by breast implant exchange and tummy tuck several months later. Consult with a few plastic surgeons in person for more detailed information.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno
