Answer: Possibly but definitely not recommended It’s possible to have all of these procedures done at the same time, but I don’t think it’s a good idea. Recovering from such an extensive procedure will be quite difficult for you because you’ll need to stay off your front to protect your tummy tuck, you can’t lie on your back because of your butt lift, and you won’t be able to stay on your side because of the transfer to your hips. So, what position will you be able to stay in for the hours you’ll be sleeping? I think you should talk to your surgeon about your recovery and what their advice is.

Answer: Combining Abdominoplasty with BBL Yes, it is very common to have a lipoabdominoplasty combined with a BBL. Assuming that your surgeon will be removing enough fat to transfer, you avoid throwing the fat away. There are many considerations in such circumstances. Surgical position for the fat transfer may put tension on your recently closed abdominoplasty, if they do one position change, or on your recently enlarged fat transfer area if they change position twice. Your surgical risk may be increased depending on the amount of surgery performed as well as the time that it will take. Sleeping can be tough to avoid putting pressure on the butt or the abdomen. Some creative pillow placement helps, while you sleep on the side. The amount of fat that can be transferred depends on the amount that you have available and the amount that you need. As long as your surgeon is carefull and experienced, the result can be very gratifying. Just make sure thatyou know all the risks.
