I’ve been a patient for years. Geldner Center is always a great experience. They are always professional and the girls are so nice. They are honest and you get the best service for your money. Looking forward to my next visit.
Dr. Peter Geldner performed surgery on my breast. They were quite misshapen due to a previous surgery by an unlicensed surgeon. Dr. Geldner did his best to keep my spirits up because my disfigurement definitely depressed me. After my consultations and my surgery, I was most pleased. Dr. Geldner ensured that my breast were symmetrical. He made me feel and look like a beautiful adult. Dr. Geldner has the most professional staff that I have recently known. Dr. Geldner's staff are contemporary. He makes sure that they stay attuned to modern technology. They work hard to make sure that the patient is treated with the utmost respect. Marilyn and Sophie were phenomenal and assisted me on numerous occasions. Dr. Geldner's surgical facility has the most modern equipment and staff. My entire experience was beautiful and unforgettable. If you are looking for an experienced physician who is understanding and will provide the best care that is available, call Dr. Geldner. You will not be disappointed.
Dr. Geldner is the best surgeon in Chicago! I highly recommend him to anyone who is considering Brest augmentation in the city. He pays close attention to detail, and makes sure you make the best decision when it comes to your surgery. The Employees in the Geldner center were also so kind and helpful! The healing process took only 3-5 days from the direction of the nurse.
I have been seeing the Geldner Center now for years and last week was the first time I saw Beth. Beth was amazing! She addressed my concerns immediately and even put a plan in action. I have been getting lip fillers now for years and they have migrated. Beth recognized what needed to be fixed and she went to work! 5 days later, I see such a difference and I am looking fabulous already. Beth has such a great touch and goes for the natural look which I really appreciate. She is super knowledgeable and even walked me through all my questions, etc. Definitely recommend Beth!!
I see Monica (at the Hinsdale location) on a routine basis for facials and other delights the office is offering/promoting at the time. These treatments are marvelous as well as Monica who administrates them. Monica is always punctual and professional with the most friendliest demeanor. Because I have such a great time and the results are definitely noticeable, I immediately schedule my next appointment. I practically live there!
Dr. Geldner and his staff are top notch. After my breast augmentation with Dr. G the team at the Geldner Center became my self-care family. I have continued to see Monica for lasers, facials, peels and more advanced technology in the way of Emsculpt, Emsculpt Neo and Tonal. In my 40's now I can confidentially say that I am aging backwards. Monica has an incredible wealth of knowledge with years of experience in the dermatological field. I respect how she remains conservative yet extremely effective and I never worry when she is suggesting a treatment that will benefit my skin. I receive countless compliments on the youthful appearance of my skin, typically from woman who are younger than I am! Can't recommend The Geldner Center enough!
I got exactly what I asked for. Natural looking large C's/D'Souza! And loved Dr. Geldner! Love my lack of scars (armpit incisions). Love the armpit liposuction. I kind of wish I'd gone with a higher profile and that they were a little narrower. But I get so many compliments :)
1 week post op, so far so good. Doctor and the team are incredible, I love visiting them and always had a great time there. They are being patient with me and answered all questions. Surgical center is also the best, clean, professional and everyone is so nice.
Dr. Geldner is excellent. Nurses Lynn is my favorite and the staff is very nice. Amazing results every time I go. I drive 1 hour and past several other facilities for the great service and results.
Dr. Geldner’s entire practice is beyond welcoming and professional. The staff is always happy and seem to really enjoy being there. I always look forward to my Botox appointments! I have recommended him to everyone I come across!
Thank you for your question. I wish that I could answer your question with a reasonable degree of certainty. I do not know what implants you have, their position or details of the prior surgery. Your best option for diagnosis and possible treatment is to return to your plastic surgeon and get their opinions. Barring that, I would seek a board certified plastic surgeon in your area and get their views. Please bring any historic details from the surgery and your medical history. Bets of luck.
Generally speaking, blood tests are strongly recommended prior to cosmetic procedures in certain circumstances. If you have a history of any chronic medical condition (diabetes, liver or kidney disease among others) lab tests will reveal how you are doing and help determine your operative risks. Hospitals and surgical centers often require certain blood tests largely based on age. Age alone is not a major risk factor, but following facility rules is a good idea. The only absolute test for any female who could become pregnant is a pregnancy test, though that is usually a urine test. The whole topic of pre-operative testing is undergoing changes. ECKs were once considered mandatory, now they are only required with a history of cardiac disease. Chest X-rays were required, now they are only used in select situations. Basically, we, as surgeons, want to make sure that you are a healthy candidate for surgery and we want to eliminate surprises.
Thanks for your question and photos. What your photos show is totally normal. Abdominoplasties tighten skin mostly in one direction; from top to bottom. Tightening from side to side often requires a vertical incision (fleur-de-lis). Those procedures are usually reserved for more extreme skin looseness. Skin tightening technology can also be used to hopefully make all skin tighter, but its efficacy is limited.
Thanks for your question. 3 mg of vitamin E is a very small amount. That is like 12 almonds. If you are concerned, please speak to your surgeon.
FACS stands for Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. It is an organization to which some surgeons apply for and join. The organization has defined standards, hold meeting, and publish surgery related research. It is a voluntary society much like the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. It should not be confused with surgeons who are certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Boards which are part of the American Collage of Medical Specialties adhere to the highest standards of professional knowledge and standards. They exist to serve the public and the medical profession by improving the quality of health care through setting professional standards. So, who do you go to? The one who knows what you want, knows how to do it, and the one you feel most comfortable talking to. Best of luck.
