Can Ultherapy treat sagging arms?

I lost over 60 lbs. but now the skin under my arms sags terribly. I have been exercising, but then read an article that no amount of exercise will correct this. Will ultherapy? thank you.

Using Ultherapy to treat loose skin on the arms is an off-label use, meaning it is not FDA-approved for this area yet. It can work, but only if you have minimal skin laxity. If you are looking for a non-surgical option then ThermiTight might be a better option. Make sure you see an experienced surgeon in treating the arms who can provide you with the best options after examining you.

Hello, and thank you for this question. Although there has been some preliminary for the extremities with all therapy I would not recommend it at this point. We are primarily using it for the face and head and neck area. We have had good results with that in those areas in properly selected patients. In many instances, we have found the traditional brachioplasty through a more limited approach offers the best treatment options. Iraq I would recommend you discuss this with a qualified board certified plastic surgery in your area and have a formal consultation. Best of luck.

Thank you for your question.I have used it off label for subtle loose skin in the arms but if it is very loose, you should consider other options including seeing a plastic surgeon for brachioplasty.
