Hello, and thank you for this question. Although there has been some preliminary for the extremities with all therapy I would not recommend it at this point. We are primarily using it for the face and head and neck area. We have had good results with that in those areas in properly selected patients. In many instances, we have found the traditional brachioplasty through a more limited approach offers the best treatment options.
