Although I would first check with your Doctor who performed the Ultherapy, there is really no reason why you can't proceed with micro-needling. The two procedures are likely to be synergistic.
I often combine Ultherapy with fillers such as Voluma and PRP. There is an art involved in restoring a youthful face. I often review photos of my patients taken 5 to 10 years prior to the surgery. Ultherapy woks great in elevating the lateral third of the eyebrows and loose skin under the chin. Cheeks usually need volume to be lifted. This lifting, in turn, helps lift the corner of the lips and nasolabial folds. I personally perform every procedure. Thank you Dr. David Rahimi
There is no problem with having micro needling a week following full face Ultherapy. The two devices are working at different levels, with Ultherapy treating the deeper layers with ultrasound technology and stimulating collagen, and micro needling enhancing the efficacy of the skincare products that you are using closer to the surface. The two procedures will complement each other.
Thank you for your Q.There are many physicians that combine these modalities to accelerate the effect of skin laxity treatments - PRP, microneedling, RF treatment, Ultherapy, etc. Best,Dr Karamanoukian
