Does Ultherapy cause one to look older?

I have never seen an Ultherapy treatment make someone appear older and it is not a fat reduction treatment.  Normally, the depth of treatment would not be deep enough to reach the fat.  If you are considering having the procedure done for skin on your neck, the treatment depth would most likely be even more superficial, so the fat should not be affected.  

Ultherapy should not cause anyones face to look older, I used to do a lot of it and never found that to be true.  I would be cautious about what you read.  Good luck! Best, Dr. Emer.

I have not seen Ultherapy cause fat loss. It is effective at tightening skin and the deeper fascial tissues of the face but actually does not reduce fatty tissue to any extent.
