Does Ultherapy cause one to look older?

Hi, I am considering Ultherapy for the crepey skin on my neck and possibly my face. But I keep reading about how somw who had the procedure said while it did lift the skin, it left them looking years older. They say their faces look sunken and depleted of the natural fats that were once there. Is this one of the side effects of Ultherapy?

There should be no problem having an Ultherapy treatment 2 days apart.  It would be fine to complete the treatment at a later point in time.
