There are very few studies on lupus activation and lasers, radiofrequency, and ultrasound treatments. I have been using lasers to treat discount lupus for many years without activation from pulsed dye, RF, ultrasound, and ablative co2 laser. However, I have not done many of these treatments on systemic lupus. Although, activation should only be with UV radiation not laser/IR, RF, or ultrasound treatments. Your tooth implants should not affect your ability to have Ultherapy. I would make sure that your provider use more superficial depths when treating the area of your implants.
Not sure why you would even want to do Ulthera if you plan to keep that much facial hair. You have a very thin face and would probably benefit more from filling than Ulthera.
Ulthera can cause some tightening of the tissues. So you may get a slight lift when done on the upper lift. It will be subtle! Better options are lip lift or fillers.
