I've had thermismooth on jowls and eyes and it worked well. I do know I need more botox soon for the platysmal bands but the neck angle I think is aging me.

Hi and thank you for your question! Without an in-person assessment, its hard to say for sure, however it does appear you would benefit from an Ultherapy treatment to help achieve your goals. You also may benefit from filler to the jawline area to define and tighten this area further. Also, you may be a candidate for a few treatments with Kybella to minimize extra fat in the area and further tighten the skin. Ultherapy can certainly result in a visibly tighter jawline for you. You are in great shape, so this is likely genetic.  Make sure to schedule Ultherapy about 2 weeks before your botox and fillers to get the most bang for your buck.
