Would Ultherapy or ThermiSmooth help the jaw line angle? I am about 10 pounds over my best weight, about 118 and 5'2". (photos)

I've had thermismooth on jowls and eyes and it worked well. I do know I need more botox soon for the platysmal bands but the neck angle I think is aging me.

A combination approach would give the most improvement with Ultherapy. I recommend Ultherapy with RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP or sculptra to get increased collagen, tightening and improve skin tone.  I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Ultherapy results are best seen after 4 to 6 months and not the very next day. What you might be noticing is probably due to either due to an underlying bruising or just a simple swelling. Hope you have taken the photos before the procedure so that you can see the results after...
