Hello, my question is this, I'm going to do a graft voluma on cheeks, I'm a very active person, I like to go to the gym every two days, I do push-ups and fitness exercises, and I also play tennis a lot, this will affect that the permanence of the volume is smaller? If so, how much smaller? Thank you very much!
Answer
You will want to avoid strenuous exercise for 24 to 48 hours after your filler treatment. After that you can resume your regular activities, including your exercise routine. It can take up to two weeks for you to see your final results from your treatment.

Answer
Exercise doesn’t affect Voluma’s longevity. It usually lasts for about a year. You may want to wait 24 hours after treatment, just because the injections make you a little tender or swollen. Be sure to consult a board-certified dermatologist who’s an expert with restoring midface volume with Voluma.

Answer
No, exercise will not impact your results, however, I recommend waiting at least 1 day treatment before playing tennis or working out with weights/push-ups, etc. It will take 1-2 weeks for your final results. Hope this helps.

Answer
Thank you for your question. Exercise will not affect your Voluma injection. Please make sure you get a in person from a board-certified dermatologist.
Answer
I usually recommend that my patients avoid heavy lifting or exercise until the following day after treatment. The thought is that this will reduce risk of bruising/swelling and allow the skin some time to heal.
