Thus is day 2 of Restalyn Lyft and my under eye circles are still very prominent as you can see. Also the right side swelled and there is drooping. I don't know if this is normal...please help. He used 1 Syringe. I'm not happy at all. I was told it takes 2 weeks fir results however when I research it Im finding results should be instantaneous. My circles look the same or worse since I did this. Soo frustrated. My sister had her eyes done and she looked great instantly! I'm soo upset!

It is difficult to judge based on the angle of your pictures, but it appears one syringe is not enough volume to achieve a satisfactory correction. I commonly inject one syringe of Restylane per eye. I typically see a 75% correction at the time of injection and by two weeks following the procedure, 100% correction is obtained. This occurs because Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is hydrophilic. The HA attracts water molecules, thus resulting in an even greater filling effect. The best way to assess and give true advice would be an in-person exam. Please

Answer: Circles under my eyes after Restylane Hi Xander, swelling can take up to two weeks to resolve after filler. I would follow up with your injector to discuss your concerns. I like to use a cannula to inject the tear trough region because I feel like I can get a more even layering of the produce and a better result. You may also want to consider a lower eyelid blepharoplasty in order reduce the bulging appearance of the lower eyelids.
