What would be the best option for a face lift 58 yr old male , I want to remove all the wrinkles on my face, forehead, and neckneck,?

Thank your for your question and photos. First, let's define the types of wrinkles you have. The wrinkles between your eyebrow, on your forehead and around the outside edges of your eyes are Dynamic wrinkles-these are caused by muscle movements. These are best treated with neuromodulator injections which weaken or temporarily paralyze the muscles so they don't cause the skin to crease when the muscle contracts. The wrinkles on your cheeks and around your mouth are predominantly caused by skin laxity and exacerbated by movements of the mouth and facial muscles. Neuromodulators cannot be used on these because they would distort your facial expressions when talking or smiling. 
While nothing can completely erase all of your wrinkles (it's just not possible), a comprehensive treatment plan combining surgery, skin care, laser resurfacing and neuromodulater treatments with fillers will help you achieve the most improvement. Surgical options to consider include a facelift combined with a brow lift and possibly blepharoplasty will improve them. These procedures will improve the skin laxity and deep tissue sagging.

From your photos you would be a very good candidate for a facelift and forehead lift. This should do a very nice job in removing the wrinkles and skin looseness over the neck, jawline, cheeks and forehead. A plastic surgeon that is proficient in facelift procedures should be able to give you a very nice result.

Good question and thank you for providing photos. 
In short, you have a number of options based on what is most bothersome and how much surgery you are wanting. The easiest option is botox for the forehead, brow, and around the eyes. The next option is a laser resurfacing procedure (CO2 or Erbium:Yag) to help with some of the finer creases that are likely secondary to sun damage over time. The final option is a face and neck lift which would address some of the deeper creases that develop because of fat/muscle descend as we age. These can all be combined or you can proceed with any combination of these procedures based on your preferences and anticipated recovery timeline.

Thank you for your photos. No combination of surgical and non-surgical treatments would be able to remove all wrinkles from your forehead, face and neck. An improvement of these animation lines would occur through a combination of surgery, to help smooth and flatten the redundant skin as well as judicious placement of Botox and filling agents in order to fill the depressions of those fixed lines from your facial animation.  In addition, some type skin resurfacing with laser, IPL, or microneddling with or without radiofrequency may be in order to achieve as much smoothness as possible. It would be important for you to have a in-depth consultation with a plastic surgeon about your options and your expectations.  Best wishes.

You can't erase all wrinkles. Especially if you're just starting now. This is a combination of laxity, which can be addressed with surgery and volume, but also due to skin aging, which you can try to improve but you probably won't be able to undo the past 50+ years of your life if you haven't been doing much for your skin. Skin: hydrate, don't smoke/no nicotine, SPF every day, bare minimum, then start retinols/vitamin Cs/etc.

You would benefit from a frontal incision browlift that will lower your hairline, lift your eyebrows and resect the muscles causing the forehead wrinkles. You would also benefit from a facelift that will pull up the neck at the same time.

Thank you for the question. I believe what you mean is "how can I look better in a natural way?". A consultation is the best way to address the best plan based on your motivations and physical findings. However, the best way to address the descent of your face and neck is a deep plane facelift.  This will structurally elevate the mid-face and jawline into a more youthful position and tighten the neck significantly.  Lower eyelid blepharoplasty will address the descent of the eyelid cheek junction and tired appearance of the eyes.  Upper eyelid blepharoplasty will address the skin excess above your lids; there may also be some degree of ptosis. The lines on the forehead can be addressed by Botox albeit temporarily.  I generally avoid brow-lifts for men as they tend to feminize your look to some degree. Fractionated Laser resurfacing could be employed, but most of the time I do not utilize this modality for men. I refer to my individualized plan for each patient as the Prendiville Signature Lift.

In order to achieve visible improvement a series of surgical and non surgical procedures should
 be considered. Shape and sagging of the face, neck, forehead and eyelids should be treated with face/neck lift, brow lift, upper and lower eyelid surgery. Deep skin wrinkles would need aggressive treatment with laser, deep chemical peels, Botox, fillers and fat grafts over period of time.
