Marionette lines/ jowls at 28 - Do I need a facelift? (Photos)

Hi there, Ive always been bothered by my weak chin and jowls. I have an overbite too. Im only 28 so I’m not sure what this is caused by, but these lines bother me. I’ve had chin filler to try bring My chin forward and also nasolabial filler. Do I need more, or should i consider a facelift of some kind? Are non surgical options like threads, facetite or ulthera worth it (in the sense that it lasts longer than 6 months)? Would this be considered a perioral mound worsened by my years of building up lip filler? I haven’t done lip filler in over 5 years. Thanks so much!
