What kind of BBL result is realistic?

So I know the only way to give an exact answer is an in person consult. But based on photos tracked and my stats what would be an educated opinion on what I can achieve? Does it look like there is enough fat? I am considering arm and inner thigh lipo. If I did the inner thigh would the legs have that skinny appearance? about ho much fat (jut by looking) can come out? I am looking for fullness and mainly projection as you can see my butt to back Is flat. 5'5, 134lbs

I don’t see any pictures so it’s not really possible to give you any kind of quality assessment. I suggest having multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons who seem to have a lot of experience with the BBL procedure. Delivering consistent quality liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than most people realize. The number of plastic surgeons who truly mastered these procedures. They are major differences in the skill and confidence for body contouring, depending who you choose as a provider.
