I'm looking into getting BBL or butt implants. The women in my family seem to have the same genetic makeup when it comes to their butts as they age. In the early years we have big butts, as soon as we hit 35-40 it all disappears. Even though we are physically active. I'm 30, 5'4", 135lbs and lost my booty completely due to weight loss from exercise. If I get a BBL would any of the fat survive due to my genetic makeup of losing fat in the butt? Are implants the better option?

It is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
