If I get a tummy tuck with lipo, will it help my butt too? (Photo)

You can undergo a tummy tuck and a BBL at the same time.  The tummy tuck alone will not improve your buttocks but fat grafting and liposuction can significantly improve your buttock contour and volume. 

Thank you for your question and pictures.A tummy tuck in general will only affect the front of you, not the back.  Liposuction of your waist and lower back will help shape you more and give you some curves.  However, it will not lift you butt either.  It may give the appearance of a more shapely butt in some instances.  Transferring fat later is an option but would be limited if you are scarce on fat.  Best wishes,Dr. Joseph

Assuming you are healthy, you are a good candidate for tummy tuck and
liposuction to the waist, back, and thighs along with Brazilian butt lift to
optimize your overall shape.  Our central approach with these procedures is to provide a 360 degree improvement in order to get a flat abdomen and to maximize feminine curves. For the abdomen a tummy tuck will flatten the

 Thank you for your pictures. If desire a more shapely butt I would recommend that you have liposuction and fat grafting first. Six months later you can have your tummy tuck. I believe the combination of these two surgeries will give you a small waist in the most shapely butt that you can achieve.

However, by slimming down your waistline, this combination of procedures will give your body a more flattering contour, making your butt look better in relation to the rest of your body.
A tummy tuck also offers the most effective way to correct loose skin and muscle separation in addition to eliminating excess fat. Liposuction will also remove fat, but it can't address flabby, hanging skin that typically persists after weight loss. For this reason, many patients who have experienced a weight loss or recent pregnancy tend to opt for a tummy tuck. This procedure can also be combined with liposuction for maximum effect.

Abdominoplasty will not improve your buttock area, nor do you appear to have enough fat to do a Brazilian butt lift. Beware also the unscrupulous non physicians in the Miami area who have had very bad results and even deaths from using foreign substances to improve the butt area. A great exercise would be lunges, not squats.

Congratulations on your decision go after the body you want.  Based on you photos, the tummy tuck should give you great improvement.  Regarding your backside, The liposuction of the lower back should result in a little more step-off in the upper buttock area, creating a LITTLE more definition, but if you want to get rid of the flatness, you need to add volume.  This can be by developing your glutes through exercise or by adding either an implant or fat.  Since you are getting liposuction anyway, why don't you consider having your surgeon transfer the fat he/she removes to the buttocks?  You can take care of two problems at the same time.
