You can undergo a tummy tuck and a BBL at the same time.  The tummy tuck alone will not improve your buttocks but fat grafting and liposuction can significantly improve your buttock contour and volume. 

Thank you for your question and pictures.A tummy tuck in general will only affect the front of you, not the back.  Liposuction of your waist and lower back will help shape you more and give you some curves.  However, it will not lift you butt either.  It may give the appearance of a more shapely butt in some instances.  Transferring fat later is an option but would be limited if you are scarce on fat.  Best wishes,Dr. Joseph

Assuming you are healthy, you are a good candidate for tummy tuck and
liposuction to the waist, back, and thighs along with Brazilian butt lift to
optimize your overall shape.  Our central approach with these procedures is to provide a 360 degree improvement in order to get a flat abdomen and to maximize feminine curves. For the abdomen a tummy tuck will flatten the
abdomen, cinch in the waist, and remove excess fat and skin from the lower
abdomen. It does not look like you have too much excess skin and so a mini tummy tuck might be a good choice.  Liposuction to the back, waist,
and thighs will give you a lean appearance and accentuate the hour glass
figure.. For the butt I usually
prefer augmentation / lifting through fat grafting. We refine fat removed during liposuction and then
