I'm in remission for 7yrs no med for 6 yrs have had no crisis in a long time how dangerous would it be to get it ,and is the anesthesia that dangerous?

If you have been in remission and on no meds (certainly no steroids) and are otherwise healthy then yes you can potentially be a candidate for tummy tuck. After seeking consultation from a board certified plastic surgeon, you will need to work with your PCP to be medically cleared for surgery. The bottom line is this has to be a team effort between your doctors to determine the risk of an elective procedure for you and what the possible bad outcomes could be. It is very simple, you myasthenia doctor and your surgeon need to collaborate and decide if you are a low, moderate or high risk patient for the procedure.
