Thank you for you question and picture. I would wait a full year prior to any revision. This will allow the scar to mature. In the meantime, scar massage and sunscreen are your best friends.

The revision was done two months ago. Typically it takes scars 18 months to fully mature. Your scar is more noticeable now because of the red discoloration. This should subside to a skin colored line. The appearance may be more acceptable once this occurs. Otherwise, it will be difficult to improve surgically because the circle scar radius is large. I think it will improve on its own.
Umbilical stalk left is very narrow leading to a small umbilical opening. One option would be to tether the umbilical stalk down to the muscle fascia in order to make the umbilicus less protruding. Another option is to make a radial incision to widen the umbilicus.
For a revised belly button scar, or most scar revisions in general, I often will encourage patients to wait 6-12 months before judging it. Scars often take over a year to fully mature. As your body refines the scar tissue collagen, scar often soften. The small capllaries that initially permit healing usually shrink and look less inflamed and red. If the scar is very pink, I may send the patient to a Derm for laser at around 2 - 3 months. If the patient forms keloids - that can be much more difficult to treat.
Your scar is the expected red color for an immmature scar. Your results should continue to improve and there is nothing that you can do to speed up the process. Unfortunately, you need to be patient and allow your scar to improve with time.
For most patients, waiting 6 to 12 months for additional revision surgery is necessary to allow the scars to completely mature. Broad band light (BBL) or other laser resurfacing techniques can be useful to help with texture, tone, and discoloration. In the interim, sunscreen and massage are the most important measures to manage the umbilicus. And, have a frank discussion with your plastic surgeon about your specific concerns. let him or her know exactly what you dislike.
Only in person evaluations of the bb scarring could allow a determination if further surgeries could improve the appearances....
