One of the issues is if you develop a postoperative complication and cannot travel back to your original surgeon. This creates a problem because you have to followup with a local surgeon who will not know what you had done during your procedure and this can complicate the treatment. Also, part of ensuring a good result after rhinoplasty is consistent and adequate followup to monitor the nose for changes and address them accordingly. Traveling for rhinoplasty is certainly done, but use caution and consider a local option. Best of luck.
