The Procedure Was Much Better Than I Had Anticipated
Everyone was very nice and welcoming, I didn't have to wait more than a couple minutes. Dr. Been was very kind and explained the procedure and as he was performing the removal of the cyst his concern for how I was doing was comforting. I'm am terrified of needles and I can gladly report he was so gentle I never felt the needle or anesthetic.

Dr Been is the best! He did my facelift and my blephorplasty and I drive 2 1/2 hours to see him because I'm a device rep and he is the one everyone in my industry sends their wives and daughters to. Dr. Been and his staff are kind, caring, and genuine. I was very nervous about having basal cell carcinoma removed from my face by my Dermatologist and how I would look afterwards. First off, let me say that my decision was not taken lightly — I consulted with doctors on each coast, in Chicago proper, etc. Now, there was nothing wrong wire the other doctors per se, I honestly think it just came down to personal preference and if your vision aligns with that of the doctor you chose.
