I am two weeks post op of a rhinoplasty and paranasal implants. There are folds forming on each side of my nose when I smile (right side more promenent). Should I be worried?

It is still very early in the postoperative period and a lot can change in a few weeks.  The paranasal implants and swelling around them may change the dynamics of your smile in regard to your nasolabial fold.  Discuss your concern with your surgeon and after allowing several weeks for healing before reassessing your result.

Did you really need paranasal implants?  The swelling in your picture does not seem to be related to the rhinoplasty, but rather, the implants.  The purpose of the implants is to add volume.  Wait and see what you look like in another month.

Rhinoplasty
surgery at the tip of the bridge can result in significant amounts of swelling
and abnormal folds adjacent to the nose on animation.  These types of folds are really quite common
and, at two weeks, I would not be alarmed. 
The addition of perinasal implants does make visible irregularities
slightly higher, but these risks are low if the implants are fairly low-profile
and placed in the proper position.  You
can help things along significantly by visiting your operative surgeon and seek
their advice.
